As Acquisition Director, John Nam leads IGI Group’s land acquisition activity, drawing on more than two decades of experience securing strategic sites across the growth corridors of New South Wales — from residential land to battery storage and renewable energy. He leads site origination, landowner negotiations and the group’s joint venture and funding partnerships.
Jimmy oversees the delivery of IGI Group’s projects from site origination through to development approval — coordinating consultants, due diligence, planning pathways and stakeholder communication. With hands-on experience managing multi-site operations, contracts and compliance across Sydney, he keeps every project on programme, on budget and moving forward.
